AOL-owned DMOZ refuses to de-list pro-pedophile sites.

For those of you who have missed it, there is an 85 page thread on Digitalpoint that has started out with the revelation of quite a few “affirmative views” on “peophile” sites. There were sites in there which were encouraging grown men to sexually interact with kids, using phrases such as “society is wrong for condemning us” and such. The most disturbing issue is not that it took 85 pages to convince some of the editors to stop defending, but start acting on it, but the fact that after the “affirmative views” page has been removed, one of the Digitalpoint members GWorld has pointed out on this page, that one of those sites was actually moved up to a bigger category. This has been intentional and goes to show that there is a huge problem going on with the once respected ODP.
