After looking thru the results from some of the current ones, I have discovered that the amount of spam within those is about 98%. Anybody who thinks it won’t effect other areas of public search:

WRONG

Many blogs and pages are ranking for various keywords and therefor provide untargetted results for those who hit them by accident.

SEO contests were fun, when v7n did one. Now you have irresponsible companies such as www.ambatch.com and www.carcasher.com (who unfortunately got the idea from me )

Disagree with me, if you like. I just believe that enough is enough, and it’s time to create quality again.
