Costa Rica Frogs
Well, this blog gets a lot of frog traffic, so I figure I should make at least one post about frogs.
How about Costa Rica frogs?
I live in Costa Rica and am working with people to help protect the Costa Rican Wildlife.

You have to be in Central America to understand what sort of a big deal CAFTA is. Here they call it TLC, Tratado de Libre Comercio.
The Central American Free Trade Agreement would enable private companies such as AT&T to move in and everything here would change drastically considering we only have a government owned division providing phonelines, internet lines and cellphone lines.
And guess what, right now they are out of GSM cell phone chips, so unless you buy a phone from someone who has already one registered, you have to wait.
I think it’s inevitable to have CAFTA come in place.
I don’t want too much of a change for Costa Rica, but believe that this country will benefit from it long term speaking. What do you think?

I am a part of a few networks down here and can tell you that doing business in Costa Rica is easy. You can get a Costa Rica Corporation for cheap and pay almost no taxes even when doing business internationally. The real estate market down here is great and there are many great resources out there to help you get started in Costa Rica.
If you consider doing business in Costa Rica and need help with phone lines and some info on where business people from all over the world meet on a regular basis, feel free to hit me up!

This is where I live, Santa Teresa. It is considered one of the top 5 spots for surfing in the whole world. One of the best surfers in the world made a derogatory remark about surfing in Costa Rica, but the fact is that the waves here are steady. Especially at the point by La Lora where you have the party of the week each Saturday night.
I cannot say it enough, Santa Teresa is THE place to be in Costa Rica. I don’t like Quepos or Jaco or Tamarindo. Those places suck because the Gringos there suck.
ST and Malpais are cool!

First off, why do I post this on my webmaster blog?
Simple:
The Costa Rica section of this blog pops up for many search terms related in Google and some of you are looking to buy property in Costa Rica, do buiness in Costa Rica or find out about your next vacation in Costa Rica.
It’s easy to incorporate in Costa Rica when you buy an already set up corporation. We have several, some have bank accounts, all have GSM phonelines which are currently not available from ICE.
We are also in the business of doing real estate and building, mainly on the Nicoya Peninsula. But we have lawyers and associates all over CR.
So if there is anything you need, please call us at (506)269-8856 or email mike at 506properties dot com.
You can also check out our Costa Rica forum by clicking the logo below:
Save yourself time, money and confusion and get started right (away).
It takes 30 minutes to get you started with your very own Costa Rica Corporation. We have an attorney next door who can set you up with everything you need.
The corporations are already named, but for a small fee you can change the name.
The prices for the corporations are between $700.00 and $900.00 depending on whether or not and how many bank accounts you need.
Pass this on to your friends who consider doing business in Costa Rica.

We can also help you set up your own Costa Rica Corporation and help you with legal and business matters to ensure you get a great start in beautiful Costa Rica.
Pura Vida!

Tsunami alerts in Costa Rica are what terror alerts are in the U.S. They are frequent and thank goodness they are only alerts and nothing happens.
I rolled into Santa Teresa and the whole town was heading the opposite direction. I was way tired and ready to see my girlfriend after about 3 weeks in San Jose and didn’t pay much attention. She lives about 20 minutes from Santa Teresa up the hill and before I saw her I decided to hit my favorite bar called “Day and Night” right by the beach.
And for the first time ever it was closed. All you saw was the local crackheads and the wind and rain storm was something else. Lighting kept striking like 50 meters from me and then I saw the Argentinian restaurant was the only place open so I hung out there for a minute.
Now I watch Fox News and I guess there are storms everywhere.
Never before in my life have I seen such thunderstorms as here. Unbelievable. I arrived in Costa Rica a year ago almost and remember how from one second to the next the rainy season was over. I cannot wait for that to happen again. Don’t get me wrong, half the time it’s warm, sunny and dry but when it hits it hits.
I like how there are no deserts here because of it. Everything is nice and green. Costa Rica is an excellent spot to be. I will try to live in the U.S. 4 months of the year and 8 months of the year here.
What a blessing in disguise that I was decided upon to check out some other places. I miss Atlanta GA a lot, my daughter lives there, but Costa Rica is an awesome spot.

It´s happening right in my own backyard here in Santa Teresa, Costa Rica. Get more info here. Tonight there is the swimsuit contest. I hope that there will be surfing since red tide is going on. The ocean stinks and there are dead fish all over the beach.
Either way, it´s going to be party time all weekend. Will keep you posted on more asskicking events and the lowdown on the showdown.
Peace out!
