The Aviva Web Directory is one of the few which really inspire me with mine. I like the way that the directory is being edited. Very responsibly. You can browse thru categories such as computers and internet and find nothing but a multitude of useful sites. The owner of Aviva also runs Seven Seek, a directory formerly owned by John Scott from V7N.

In addition, Jeff, the owner also has put together a valuable resource called strongest directories showing webmasters the most useful ones to submit to. I highly recommend Aviva. Submit your sites, read his blog and check out some of the sites he has listed.
