Imageshack vs. Watshit
Looking at Imageshack and then comparing Watshit you see right away that Imageshack is not that great. Watshit doesn’t have any ads and you can upload a lot bigger images. Watshit is much faster and you don’t have to login.
Imageshack has become very popular due to good promotion. IS was early in the game and benefitted from the snowball effect.
I personally believe that Watshit has everything it takes to become just as if not more popular down the road.
No Ads. No popups. No hassle.
This says it all.

WatShit is awesome
Personally, Ive used both and watshit is alot better. Imageshack has so many pop-up adds, which I hate. Loading is alot faster with watshit and so much easier too.
Speed is my major problem with imageshack, takes forever to load the images. That’s why I’m uploading my shit at WatShit!!
First time i hear about WatShit and i’m surprised an image host like that exists. 5mb upload/image size! Nice! Multi uploader, even better! Love the design, and how simple it is. I love the fact that there are no ads even more, but i’m skeptical if it will stay that way. If it does, all the more power to them. IS without a doubt is top of the chain but the ads and design put me off a few times before. I’ll try watshit image hosting from now on and let you know how that goes. Photobucket in my opinion is the worst image host out there, private albums are not really private, and it’s slow as hell.
ImageShack is a great image host, no doubt. Ok, so they have a lot of adds, and sometimes these ads popup when you submit an image, it’s not TOO bad. The design I think is simple, i don’t think you need a great design for uploading things though. But imageshack has user albums that watshit does not, so that is a plus for IS.
Watshit on the other hand, is in all honesty, a gadget! I love gadgets! You know when you buy something shinny and show it off, that’s what WatShit is! The name is great, and the whole Upload your shit thing works with it. Design speaks for itself. I uploaded a 4mb jpg picture that got processed in about 2 seconds, now that is FAST! I will try 9/4mb pictures later when I get home and see how fast that is too. No ads and all the above makes WatShit my new image host!

That does say it all, I hope it stays that way because if watshit remains ad free (I don’t know if the owners will fund this out of their own pockets) then well, it will become the next ImageShack with the right publicity for sure. Great to see the little guys hacking at the Tycoons knees for a slice of the action! Gives new hope to online businesses starting late!
Watshit is quite honestly. the shit. Imageshack is quite honestly milking every money making opportunity with their annoying ads. Who enjoys 16 popups when you upload a single image? I surely don’t.
