					<description>Whilst I ca understand that Google will want to prevent the sale of high PR pages, to be honest, I think their approach to penalising some Directories is too abrtary, some of these guys have put a great deal of time and effort into their directories, I personally believe they should base their decisions on the content, in other words, the quality of the listings, rather than wheter or not some rules have been infringed.

Don't get me wrong, I do not support people trying to purchase rankings, but I do think there should be a fairer way of determining how useful individual directories are, after all, search is about relevance.</description>
